Share:
Aluminum alloy cable uses 8000 series conductor, which is a material with high elongation. By adding iron, magnesium, rare earth and other materials to pure aluminum, its conductivity is equivalent to that of pure aluminum. After extrusion and stranding process and special annealing treatment, the gaps in the aluminum alloy are "extruded" cleanly to reduce the cross-sectional area. It has good flexibility, creep resistance, wear resistance and tensile strength, which are close to or even exceed copper conductors. The insulation material adopts low-smoke halogen-free and flame-retardant formula, and the outer layer adopts aluminum alloy self-locking armor structure. The conductor of aluminum alloy cable has high creep performance due to the addition of iron, which can maintain stable connection even when overloaded or overheated for a long time. Its rebound is 40% lower than that of traditional copper cable, and its flexibility is 24% higher than that of traditional copper cable. In addition, high-tech low-smoke halogen-free, flame-retardant and environmentally friendly insulation materials also greatly improve safety performance and reduce risks.
Widely Use:
Aluminum Alloy Conductor XLPE Insulated Steel Tape Armored PVC Sheathed Power Cable has been used in non-combustible buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and factories, lighting, sockets and other equipment feeder lines, and can be used as the user's ground and dry environment incoming cable. Aluminum Alloy Conductor XLPE Insulated Steel Tape Armored PVC Sheathed Power Cable can be installed on cable trays (perforated trays, non-perforated trays and ladder racks), or it can be laid openly along the wall or top using brackets or cable clamps.
Advantage:
More excellent economic performance
Aluminum alloy cable is an energy-saving product. Under the premise of achieving the same electrical performance as copper cable, the direct purchase cost of aluminum alloy cable is 20%-30% lower than that of copper cable; because the weight of aluminum alloy cable is only that of copper cable Half, and has good mechanical properties, so the use of alloy cables can reduce transportation and installation costs.
Better mechanical properties
The rebound performance of aluminum alloy cable is 40% lower than that of copper cable, and its flexibility is 25% higher; it has good bending performance, and the laying radius is much smaller than the requirement of copper cable, making it easier to lay and connect the terminals; the special formula and heat treatment process are greatly reduced The creep of the conductor under heat and pressure makes the electrical connection of the alloy cable as stable as the copper cable.
