Aluminum Alloy Power Cable-YJHLV22
YJLHV22 is a highly flexible double steel belt armored, PVC outer sheath, 90℃ cross-linked polyethylene waterproof insulation single-core or multi-core flame retardant Class B cable, with an equipotential bonding bare conductor (optional). Because of the FT4 grade PVC outer sheath, YJLHV22 can be directly buried and is suitable for corrosive environments and non-combustible buildings.

Our company can produce low smoke zero halogen, flame retardant and fire resistant cables as well as high temperature and low temperature resistant cables according to user requirements. Flame retardant and fire resistant cables can reach flame retardant grade IA and fire resistant grade I, in line with GB/T19666-2005 standards. Flame retardant cables are preceded by "ZR" and fire resistant cables are preceded by "NH". Low smoke zero halogen, flame retardant and fire resistant cables are preceded by "WDZN".
Widely Use:
1. Applicable to 600V-35KV voltage level, suitable for dry or humid places below 90℃;
2. Can be installed indoors or outdoors, vertically, on brackets or along walls, or directly buried underground;
3. The minimum bending radius is 7 times the outer diameter, and it can also be bent 360 degrees;
4. Applicable to environments without mechanical damage, such as civil, office buildings, schools, hotels, businesses, shopping centers, factories, large venues and other power lines.

2. Compared with pure aluminum, the creep resistance is improved by 300%

2. Maximum operating temperature does not exceed 90℃;
3. Short circuit (maximum duration does not exceed 5s)
4. Maximum temperature of cable conductor does not exceed 250℃.
5. Minimum ambient temperature: -40℃.
6. Cable installation and laying temperature shall not be lower than 0℃.
