Implementation standard
Rvs cable implements the standards GB/T5023, equivalent to IEC60 227. And it can also be made complying with ASTM, DIN, BS standards etc. In addition, we can design and manufacture the products as t he requirements of customers.
Widely Use:
Rvs cable is mostly used for the detector circuit of the fire alarm automatic alarm system.
Suitable for household appliances, small power tools, instrumentation and power lighting. Double white core is used for direct connection to the lamp line; red and blue core is used for fire protection, alarm, etc.; red and white core is used for broadcasting and telephone line; red and black core is used for broadcasting line.
3Rvs cable is used to connect the amplifier and audio equipment, and the broadcast system transmits the audio signal amplified by the power amplifier.
Advantage:
Conductive performance:
RVS cable is woven from multiple thin copper wires and has good conductivity. The conductivity of copper has been widely recognized, which makes RVS cable a widely used conductor.
Insulation performance and high temperature resistance:
The insulation performance and high temperature resistance of RVS cable make RVS cable have important applications in indoor electrical wiring, electronic equipment connection and household appliance connection.
Working temperature and laying temperature:
The conductor of this cable is made of multiple strands of oxygen-free copper wire, the wire is soft, and the insulation material is high-quality polyvinyl chloride, which has excellent electrical insulation performance.

What is RVS cable?
RVS cable is called copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated layer twisted copper wire connection, twisted multi-core soft wire. It is a twisted multi-strand soft wire, usually called twisted pair or flower wire. RVS cable is mainly used in fire protection system, so it is also called fire protection line.
What is the structure of RVS cable?
The structure of RVS cable includes conductor, insulation layer and twisting structure. Its conductor is multi-core annealed bare copper twisted, and the insulation layer is polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This structure makes RVS cable have good softness and flexibility, suitable for a variety of application scenarios.
What are the main uses of RVS cable?
RVS cable is widely used in many fields. It is mainly used in fire protection systems, such as detector lines of fire automatic alarm systems. In addition, RVS cable is also suitable for household appliances, small power tools, instruments and meters, and power lighting lines. Double white cores are used for direct connection to lamp head wires, red and blue cores are used for fire protection, alarm, etc., red and white cores are used for broadcasting and telephone lines, and red and black cores are used for broadcasting lines.
What is the difference between RVS cable and RVSP cable?
The main difference between RVS cable and RVSP cable lies in structure and application. The structure of RVS cable is conductor-insulation, while the structure of RVSP cable is conductor-insulation-shielding-sheath. RVS cable is suitable for detector lines, household appliances, small power tools, etc. of fire alarm system, while RVSP cable is mainly used in field lines, electrical instruments, telecommunications broadcasting, anti-theft alarm system and other occasions that require shielding.
What is the rated voltage of RVS cable?
The rated voltage of RVS cable is 300/300V, and the normal operating temperature does not exceed 70℃.
How to properly install and lay RVS cable?
When installing and laying RVS cable, avoid excessive stretching, twisting or mechanical damage. Make sure that the cable has no sharp bending radius during installation to avoid damaging the internal structure of the cable. In places where mechanical damage may occur, additional protection measures should be provided, such as the use of cable troughs, conduits, etc.
How to maintain and care for RVS cable?
Check the appearance of the RVS cable regularly to find signs of breakage, aging or damage in time. Check the insulation performance of the cable and perform insulation resistance test if necessary. Keep the cable and its surroundings clean to avoid the accumulation of debris such as oil, dust, etc. For any problems found, repair or replace them in time.
What are the requirements for the use environment of RVS cables?
When using RVS cables, consider their environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and chemical corrosion. Avoid exposing the cable to sunlight or extreme temperature environments to reduce the aging rate. In environments where there may be a risk of fire, cables that meet the fire protection grade requirements4 should be used.
What are the common faults of RVS cables and how to deal with them?
Common faults include poor contact, overheating, and circuit breakage. The treatment method includes ensuring that the cable connection and wiring are correct and firm to avoid heating or circuit breakage caused by poor contact. The terminal should match the cable specifications and use appropriate wiring tools.
What are the purchase recommendations for RVS cables?
When purchasing RVS cables, you should choose cables with appropriate specifications according to the use environment and load requirements, including conductor cross-sectional area, insulation material and sheath type. Make sure to purchase products that meet relevant standards and certifications to ensure their quality and performance.
