Fireproof cable-BTTRZ (RTTZ)
The full name of BTTRZ cable is copper core inorganic mineral insulation tape wrapped insulated copper sheathed flexible fireproof cable. This is called mineral insulated cable, also known as flexible structure fireproof cable. Its production process is very similar to BTTZ type cable. This type of cable is flexible and flame retardant, has good bending performance, is very convenient to transport, and is safer and more secure to use.

Features
Features
Excellent fireproof performance
Complies with international fireproof standards such as GB/T 34926-2017 and IEC 60331, and can operate continuously for 180 minutes (3 hours) at a high temperature of 950°C to ensure power continuity in fire.
Passed the triple test of fire resistance, water spray resistance and mechanical impact resistance, and met the BS 6387 CWZ level.
Flexible design, easy installation
The cable adopts a flexible structure design with a small bending radius (≥6-10 times the outer diameter of the cable), which is suitable for wiring needs in complex environments and small spaces.
A single cable can provide a continuous length of more than 100 meters, effectively reducing the number of joints, improving construction efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
High current carrying capacity and overload capacity
The cross-sectional area of a single-core cable can reach 1000mm², and the cross-sectional area of a multi-core cable can reach 400mm², which meets the power supply needs of high-power equipment.
Excellent heat dissipation performance makes the cable stable at a continuous operating temperature of 70°C and an overload temperature of 105°C.
Features
Excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength
The outer sheath is made of corrosion-resistant copper or copper alloy material, which is suitable for harsh environments such as chemical industry and metallurgy, and has strong resistance to external impact.
Long-life design, with a service life of over 100 years, is a reliable choice for industrial and civil projects.
Environmental protection and safety
Inorganic mineral insulation material is used, which is smokeless and non-toxic, and will not release harmful gases or cause secondary pollution when burned.
It is a green and environmentally friendly product that meets the needs of projects with high requirements for environmental protection.

What are the main features of BTTRZ (RTTZ) cable?
BTTRZ cable uses copper core conductor, inorganic mineral material (mica tape) for inner insulation, and copper alloy material for outer sheath. It has excellent fire resistance and can work at temperatures up to 950°C for up to 3 hours. Its flexible design makes installation more convenient and suitable for complex environments.
How high a temperature can BTTRZ cable withstand?
The insulation material of BTTRZ cable can work continuously for 3 hours at a high temperature of 950°C, which meets the international fire protection standard (IEC 60331) to ensure continuous power supply in the event of a fire.
What places are BTTRZ cables suitable for?
This cable is widely used in subways, tunnels, high-rise buildings, hospitals, airports and other places with dense personnel or high fire safety requirements, especially in harsh environments or high-temperature, flammable and explosive industrial fields.
Does BTTRZ cable meet environmental protection requirements?
Yes, BTTRZ cables are made of inorganic mineral insulation materials. They are non-toxic, smokeless, and do not release harmful gases when burned. They meet environmental protection requirements and are suitable for places with strict environmental requirements.
What are the advantages of the flexible design of BTTRZ cables?
BTTRZ cables are flexible in design and have a small bending radius, making them suitable for places with limited space and complex installation. Their flexible structure can also reduce joints, reduce construction difficulty and cost.
Does the installation of BTTRZ cables require special technology?
When installing BTTRZ cables, it is necessary to avoid bending radii that are too small and ensure that the protective layer of the cable is not damaged. It is recommended that experienced professionals perform the installation to ensure that the performance of the cable is maximized.
What is the service life of BTTRZ cables?
BTTRZ cables are made of highly durable materials and have a service life of more than 100 years, greatly reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance costs.
What is the current carrying capacity of BTTRZ cables?
BTTRZ cables have extremely high current carrying capacity, up to 1000mm² for single-core cables and up to 400mm² for multi-core cables, which can meet the power needs of high-power loads.
