Flexible Marine Wire

Shenxing high-flex marine cables are high-performance cables designed for ship and marine engineering environments. They have excellent flexibility, durability and reliability and are suitable for various complex and changing ship wiring environments. Their unique materials and structural design enable them to maintain excellent performance under harsh marine conditions and provide safe and efficient power and signal transmission for ship electrical systems.

Product structure

Conductor: high-purity annealed tinned copper or bare copper, in accordance with IEC 60228 standard, with high conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Insulation layer: cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC), providing excellent heat resistance and insulation performance.

Shielding layer: copper foil wrapping or copper wire braiding double-layer shielding structure, effectively preventing electromagnetic interference.

Armor layer (optional): tinned copper wire or galvanized steel wire braiding, enhanced resistance to mechanical damage.

Outer sheath: low smoke halogen-free (LSOH) polyolefin material, environmentally friendly and wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
