Features
Product Features
Conductor: Tinned soft copper conductor, with excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, suitable for salt spray environment.
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulation material, providing excellent electrical performance and heat resistance, ensuring stability in long-term use.
Sheath: Low smoke halogen-free (LSHF) thermosetting or thermoplastic materials (such as PJ and PF) are used, which have good flame retardant properties and environmental protection characteristics, and can effectively reduce the release of smoke and toxic gases in the event of a fire.
Shielding: Optional tinned copper wire braided shielding layer can significantly enhance the cable's anti-electromagnetic interference ability and ensure signal transmission quality.
Product parameters
Rated voltage: 150/250V.
The rated voltage of high-performance models such as CKJPJP80/SC and CKJPJP90/SC is 0.45/0.75KV.
Operating temperature: The maximum operating temperature of the conductor is 90℃.
Ambient temperature: -40℃ to +50℃ (for some models, such as CKJPJ85/SC, the laying temperature is not less than -20℃).
Bending radius:
When the cable outer diameter (D) is ≤25mm, the minimum bending radius is 4D.
When the cable outer diameter (D) is >25mm, the minimum bending radius is 6D.
Certain models (such as CKJPJ85/SC) require that any bending radius must not be less than 6D.

What are the bending radius requirements for marine control cables?
The minimum bending radius of the cable depends on the actual outer diameter (D). Generally, when D≤25mm, the minimum bending radius is 4D; when D>25mm, the minimum bending radius is 6D.
What is the operating temperature range of marine control cables?
The maximum operating temperature of the conductor is 90℃, and the ambient temperature range is -40℃ to +50℃. The laying temperature is usually required to be no less than 0℃, and some models need to be preheated when used in cold environments.
What is the rated voltage of marine control cables?
In general, the rated voltage of marine control cables is 150/250V, and some models such as CKJPJP80/SC and CKJPJP90/SC have a rated voltage of 0.45/0.75KV.
