Product structure

Conductor: high-purity tinned copper, strong conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance.

Insulation layer: cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or EPDM rubber, providing high insulation and heat resistance.

Filling material: glass fiber rope or other materials to enhance the roundness and mechanical strength of the cable.

Shielding layer: aluminum foil and tinned copper braided to ensure anti-electromagnetic interference ability.

Sheath layer: neoprene, chlorosulfonated rubber or low-smoke halogen-free material, providing excellent oil resistance, flame resistance and cold resistance.

Rated voltage: Applicable to 0.6/1kV and below systems.

Working temperature: -40℃ to +90℃, short-term temperature can reach 250℃ (short-circuit condition).

Laying temperature: not less than 0℃, to ensure installation quality.

Bending radius: 6 times the outer diameter of the cable when statically laid, 8 times when dynamically used.

Shielding performance: Excellent electromagnetic compatibility, supporting high-speed and stable data transmission.
