Conductor
Made of high-quality annealed tinned copper wire, it has good conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Insulation layer:Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulation material, with high temperature stability and electrical insulation.

Shielding layer:Double-layer copper foil wrapped shielding or copper wire braided shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference.

Inner sheath:Highly flame-retardant, low-smoke, halogen-free material, providing additional insulation protection.

Armor layer:Tinned copper wire or galvanized steel wire braided armor, providing flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage.

Outer sheath:Low-smoke, halogen-free polyolefin material, which reduces harmful gas emissions during combustion and meets environmental protection requirements.

Resistant to voltage shock: Designed to withstand the high-frequency pulse voltage of the frequency converter to ensure stable operation of the system.

Strong anti-interference: Symmetrical structure and multi-layer shielding design effectively shield external interference and internal interference signals.

Environmentally friendly low smoke and halogen-free: The material complies with the IEC60754.2 standard and produces a small amount of non-toxic smoke under fire conditions.

Superior flame retardant performance: Meets the IEC60332-3-22 Class A flame retardant requirements to improve the safety of the cable in high temperature environments.

Long life design: The cable has excellent weather resistance and anti-aging performance, and its service life can reach more than 25 years.


Product parameters

Rated voltage: The standard voltage level is 0.6/1kV, and special models support 2kV.

Operating temperature: The maximum allowable temperature of the conductor is 90℃, and the fire-resistant model can reach up to 125℃.

Flame retardant performance: The flame retardant performance meets the requirements of IEC60332-3-22 Class A.

Environmental performance: The low smoke and halogen-free index meets IEC60754.2, and the smoke density transmittance is ≥60%.

Minimum bending radius: 

When the cable outer diameter D≤25mm, the bending radius is not less than 6D; 

when the cable outer diameter D>25mm, the bending radius is not less than 8D.

Withstand voltage performance:

 The rated voltage 0.6/1kV model passes the 3.5kV voltage test (no breakdown for 5 minutes).

The rated voltage 2kV model passes the 6kV voltage test (no breakdown for 5 minutes).
