Our medium voltage power cables (1/35kV aluminum core XLPE insulation PE sheath) are designed for efficient and safe power transmission. The use of high-quality aluminum core, combined with XLPE insulation and PE sheath ensures excellent performance and reliability in various environments. The cable has obtained many international certifications such as ISO, CE, Rhein Certification and is widely used in power distribution, construction engineering and renewable energy projects.

Experimental Requirements
DC resistance test: R≤0.08Ω/km
Insulation resistance test: Insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ, test voltage is 500V DC.
Tensile strength test: ≥15MPa.
Heat aging test: The insulation material is subjected to 720 hours at 90℃, and the insulation resistance after aging should remain ≥1000MΩ.
Heat resistance test: After 1 hour of testing at 130℃, there is no obvious deformation or cracking of the insulation material.
Fire test: According to IEC 60332-1 standard, the flame propagation length shall not exceed 1.0 meter.
Flame retardant performance test: According to IEC 60332-3-22 standard, the burning time of vertically arranged cables should be ≤20 seconds.
