This medium voltage aluminum core cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated steel tape armored PVC sheathed power cable is designed for power transmission from 1kV to 35kV and complies with international standards IEC 60502 and IEC 60228. Its aluminum core conductor is not only lightweight but also provides excellent conductivity, the XLPE insulation layer effectively prevents electrical faults, and the steel tape armor enhances the durability and impact resistance of the cable, ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh environments.

Advantage:
Aluminum conductors provide excellent conductivity, with cross-sections ranging from 16 mm² to 240 mm² to meet different load requirements.
XLPE is used as the insulation material, with a dielectric strength of ≥20 kV/mm and a maximum operating temperature of 90°C.
The steel belt armor design not only provides additional mechanical protection against external impact and stretching, but also has good moisture resistance to ensure stable operation in underground and humid environments.
It complies with international flame retardant standards such as IEC 60332-1, has flame retardant properties, prevents the spread of fire, and improves system safety.

Usage Characteristics
The maximum rated operating temperature of the conductor is 90℃
The maximum short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 250℃
The maximum time shall not exceed 5 seconds
The installation and laying temperature of the cable shall not be lower than 0℃
The laying temperature in the air shall be 40℃
The laying temperature in the soil shall be 25℃.
Minimum bending radius (D is the outer diameter of the cable)
Single core: 20D±5%
Three cores without armor: 15D±5%
Three cores with armor: 12D±5%
