1-35kv Power Cable-YJHLV
The medium-voltage YJHLV cable independently developed by Shenxing Cable Group adopts the most advanced manufacturing technology and selected materials. The high-purity copper core and innovative high-temperature and corrosion-resistant insulation materials are used, and the multi-layer sheath structure design is used to ensure electrical performance and greatly improve the ability to resist mechanical stress. The overall design of the cable takes into account flexibility and rigidity, which is easy to install and maintain.

Performance test
Performance test:
1. High voltage tolerance test
During the 120-minute high voltage test, the leakage current of the cable insulation layer was controlled within 0.01mA, ensuring that the product can still operate safely and stably under extreme working conditions.
2. Thermal stability test
After 72 hours of continuous 90°C high temperature test, the performance indicators of the cable did not show obvious attenuation, which fully proved its reliability in high temperature environment.
3. Mechanical strength test
Through bending, stretching and vibration tests, the product showed a tensile strength of more than 10kN and excellent fatigue resistance in actual use, ensuring stability during installation and long-term operation.
4. Environmental adaptation test
The outer sheath of the cable remained intact after cyclic testing in harsh environments such as ultraviolet rays, damp heat and chemical corrosion, proving that it has good environmental adaptability.

This cable is mainly suitable for underground power transmission, industrial power distribution, construction projects and energy facilities, especially in environments that require protection and resistance to mechanical damage.
What is the maximum operating temperature of this cable?
The maximum operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃, and the maximum temperature of the conductor can reach 160℃ during short circuit, but the duration shall not exceed 5 seconds.
Can this cable be installed in extreme climate conditions?
Yes, the minimum installation and laying temperature of the cable is 0℃. Therefore, it can be installed in low temperature environments, but special protection measures are required when installed in extremely cold environments.
Can the cable be used in water or humid environments?
Yes, the cable has a PVC sheath and steel belt armor, which is waterproof and moisture-proof, and is suitable for buried or humid environments, such as underground cable ducts or moist soil.
What are the temperature requirements for laying the cable in the air and underground?
When laying in the air, the recommended ambient temperature is 40℃; when buried in the soil, the ambient temperature should be 25℃ to ensure the best working performance of the cable.
What are the advantages of using aluminum core instead of copper core?
Aluminum core cable is lighter and less expensive than copper core, suitable for long-distance power transmission projects, and can also meet most industrial and commercial uses in terms of conductivity.
What is the bending radius of the cable?
The bending radius of the cable is usually 15 times its outer diameter. During installation, make sure not to exceed this limit to avoid damaging the internal structure of the cable.
How is the fire resistance of the cable?
The PVC sheath of this cable has a certain degree of fire resistance and flame retardancy under normal conditions, but it is not suitable for use in occasions that require strict fire protection requirements. If there are special fire protection requirements, special fire-resistant cables can be selected.
How long is the life of the cable?
Under standard installation and working conditions, the service life of this cable is generally 25-30 years, depending on environmental conditions and maintenance.
What should be paid attention to during cable construction?
During construction and installation, make sure that the temperature is not lower than 0℃, and comply with the bending radius and mechanical load limits of the cable to avoid damage to the cable during transportation and laying.
