Medium Voltage(1/35KV) Power Cable-YJV32
YJV32 is a high-performance cable widely used in low-voltage power systems. It uses cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, copper conductor, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheath on the outer layer, and is equipped with steel wire armor to enhance mechanical protection. This cable is suitable for environments that require high-strength compression and tensile performance, such as underground laying, tunnels, mines, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the power system.

Experimental Performance
Performance Testing
Conductor resistance test: in accordance with IEC 60228 standard, for example, the maximum DC resistance of a 70mm² copper conductor should be ≤ 0.268 Ω/km (20℃).
Insulation resistance test: According to IEC 60502-1 standard, the minimum insulation resistance of XLPE insulated cable with a rated voltage of 1kV should be ≥ 36.7 MΩ·km (20℃).
Fire resistance test: in accordance with IEC 60332-1 flame retardant standard, improving fire resistance.
Corrosion and moisture resistance test: suitable for humid and corrosive environments to ensure long-term stable operation.
Compression and impact resistance test: steel wire armored cable should comply with IEC 60229 regulations and can withstand a longitudinal pressure test of ≥ 3000N.
