Performance Testing:
Bending test: The product can maintain the integrity of the insulation layer without cracks or peeling after more than 10,000 bending cycles.
Tensile strength: The cable can withstand a tensile force of at least 1.5 kN under the specified load, ensuring stability during installation and operation.
Conductor resistance: The optimized design makes the conductor resistance less than 0.02 Ω/km, effectively reducing transmission losses.
Voltage drop control: Under rated load, the voltage drop within the standard distance is controlled within 3% to ensure stable power supply.
Temperature adaptability: It can operate stably in a wide operating temperature range of –40°C to +90°C, adapting to various climatic conditions.
Insulation stability: The XLPE insulation layer has excellent heat resistance and long-term electrical stability.
Flame retardant performance: The use of high-efficiency flame retardant sheath ensures rapid self-extinguishing in the event of electrical faults, reducing the risk of fire.
