Type G-GC Mining Cable
Shenxing Cable's Type G-GC cable is designed for industrial and light-to-medium mining applications and can cope with harsh operating environments. This cable is widely used in heavy-duty power supply, power transmission for mobile and portable electrical equipment, and supports working conditions with continuous conductor temperatures up to 90°C. In addition, it is also suitable for humid environments (such as dock and ship applications), and can provide stable support in three-phase AC systems that require grounding to meet the power needs of 3-core or 4-core conductors.

Type G-GC Cable Structure and Materials
The production of Type G-GC Cable adopts advanced materials and processes to ensure that the product quality meets the industry's top standards. The specific structure is as follows:
Conductor: Adopt annealed copper stranded conductor, which has extremely high conductivity and flexibility.
Insulation layer: Use high-quality ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) for insulation, providing excellent impact resistance, aging resistance and abrasion resistance.
Grounding conductor: Adopt tinned copper material to enhance the flexibility and fatigue resistance of the cable, and equipped with polypropylene insulation to ensure the long-term stability of the grounding function.
Outer sheath: Adopt durable CPE rubber outer sheath, provide additional tensile strength, and have permanent gravure markings for easy on-site identification, with excellent torsion resistance.
Type G-GC cable standards and certifications
Rated voltage: 2000 volts, suitable for 90°C dry environment and 75°C wet environment
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 90°C, meeting the use requirements under extreme temperature conditions
