Shenxing Cable's Type SHD-GC cable is designed for heavy-duty mining scenarios. Features

Type SHD-GC Cable Features

Ground detection conductor: Flexible tinned copper conductor with polypropylene insulation layer to ensure efficient grounding function and long service life.

Insulation layer: Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) material with a temperature resistance of up to 90°C is used, which has excellent impact resistance and abrasion resistance.

Insulation shield: Tinned copper and colored braided layer design are used to enhance the bending resistance and service life of the cable, while providing additional anti-interference ability.

Ground conductor: Made of flexible tinned copper, it increases the flexibility and fatigue resistance of the cable and adapts to frequently moving working environments.

Reinforced ground detection conductor: Made of heavy tinned copper and polypropylene insulation layer, it provides higher strength grounding function to meet the needs of harsh environments.

Type SHD-GC Cable Structure

Conductor: Made of twisted annealed tinned copper conductor, it has high conductivity and reliability.

Conductor shield: It adopts semi-conductive material layer design to improve conductor performance and reduce electrical interference.

Insulation layer: Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) material is selected to provide excellent electrical insulation performance and high temperature resistance.

Insulation shield: It is composed of non-conductive tape and tinned copper/textile braided layer to enhance the anti-interference ability and durability of the cable.

Ground detection conductor: It is made of tinned copper with yellow polypropylene insulation layer to ensure the accuracy and durability of ground detection.

Ground conductor: It is composed of tinned copper conductor with good conductivity and flexibility.

Outer sheath: It uses reinforced extra-heavy chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) sheath, which is black in color. Other material options can be provided according to needs to adapt to different application scenarios.
