Type W Cable Features

Sheath Material: Made of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), temperature resistance up to 90°C (194°F), rated voltage up to 2000VAC, with excellent durability.Flexibility and impact resistance: The cable is designed with excellent flexibility and impact resistance to adapt to a variety of harsh application environments.

Chemical resistance: Excellent resistance to oils, acids and alkalines, heat, moisture and most chemicals, ensuring long-term reliable operation in complex environments.

Core Design: The cable core structure is reinforced to provide higher flexibility and toughness, suitable for frequent movement or vibration scenarios.

Conductor: Made of highly flexible annealed bare copper strands, it has excellent conductivity, good flexibility and fatigue resistance.

Insulation: Use high-quality, color-coded ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) insulation with heat resistance up to 90°C (194°F).

Jacket design: The outer layer is made of black chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) material, which provides protection against high temperature, abrasion and environmental corrosion.

Temperature range: Suitable for working environments from -40°C to 90°C (-40°F to 194°F), and can cope with extreme temperature changes.
