Mining Cable-MYJV、MYJV22、MYJV32
XLPE insulated power cables for coal mines (MYJV series) are high-performance power transmission cables designed for the coal mining industry. Using cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, it has excellent heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, aging resistance and mechanical strength, and is suitable for long-term reliable operation of power systems in mines, power plants and other industrial applications. This series of cables meets strict national and industry standards, such as MT818.13 and MT386, and can provide safe and stable power transmission in high temperature and harsh environments.

Main models: MYJV, MYJV22, MYJV32
MYJV: Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable for coal mines, unarmored, suitable for fixed laying in mines, tunnels and pipelines, and withstands less mechanical external force.
MYJV22: Cross-linked polyethylene insulated steel belt armored power cable for coal mines, suitable for environments with certain mechanical external forces, can withstand certain tension, and is suitable for places such as mines and tunnels.
MYJV32: Cross-linked polyethylene insulated fine steel wire armored power cable for coal mines, suitable for environments with greater mechanical tension, such as underground power transmission in coal mines.
Application scenarios:
MYJV series cables are mainly used for power transmission in coal mines, tunnels, power plants and other industrial facilities. Specific applications include:
Underground power transmission and distribution systems in coal mines
Power laying in coal mine tunnels and underground pipelines
Connection of power equipment in high-load power systems and special environments
Fixed laying of power transmission lines

Cable Structure
Mining Cable-MYJV、MYJV22、MYJV32
Features
Product Structure:
MYJV series cables adopt all-plastic structure, and the inner core is made of high-quality cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation material, which has excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance. Depending on the model, the outer structure of the cable is also different:
MYJV: No armor, suitable for environments without external forces, widely used in coal mines, underground pipelines and tunnels.
MYJV22: Equipped with steel belt armor, it enhances the cable's ability to resist mechanical external forces and is suitable for places susceptible to external forces.
MYJV32: Equipped with fine steel wire armor, it further improves the cable's tensile strength and is suitable for more severe working environments.
Environmental conditions and working conditions for use:
Working temperature: The long-term working temperature shall not exceed 90℃, the short-term overload temperature shall not exceed 160℃, and the short-circuit temperature may reach 250℃. The cable should be operated under the above temperature conditions to ensure safety and stability.
Laying temperature: The cable laying environment temperature should not be lower than 0℃. If used in a low temperature environment, the cable needs to be preheated to prevent damage.
Minimum bending radius: The minimum bending radius of the cable is 15 times the outer diameter of the cable. This requirement must be followed when laying to avoid damage to the cable.

What is the minimum bending radius of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables for coal mines?
When laying cables, the minimum bending radius should be 15 times the outer diameter of the cable. This is to avoid damaging the insulation layer of the cable when bending and ensure its long-term stable operation.
What are the differences between the armor designs of MYJV22 and MYJV32?
MYJV22: Equipped with steel belt armor, it can withstand certain mechanical external forces and is suitable for underground coal mines, tunnels and other places.
MYJV32: It uses fine steel wire armor, which has stronger tensile strength than steel belt armor and is suitable for environments with large tensile forces.
What is the operating temperature range of the cable?
Working temperature of MYJV series cable:
Long-term working temperature: 90℃;
Short-term overload temperature: up to 160℃;
Short-circuit temperature: up to 250℃. These temperature ranges enable MYJV cables to operate stably in high temperature environments.
What is the rated voltage of the MYJV series cables?
MYJV series cables are suitable for the following rated voltages:
0.6/1kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/10kV. These rated voltages are suitable for coal mines and other industrial power transmission systems to ensure that the cables can withstand long-term working loads.
What are the applicable scenarios for MYJV, MYJV22, and MYJV32 cables?
MYJV series cables: suitable for fixed laying environments such as underground coal mines, tunnels, underground pipelines, and suitable for places without external forces.
MYJV22 series cables: equipped with steel belt armor, suitable for environments with certain mechanical external forces, such as underground coal mines, tunnels, etc.
MYJV32 series cables: equipped with fine steel wire armor, suitable for places with large mechanical tension, and widely used in environments requiring high-strength mechanical protection.
