Definition
10kV cable: Most high-voltage distribution lines in urban areas use conductors with insulating sheaths, but even so, high-voltage wires still need to use one or more porcelain bottles to ensure the insulation performance of poles or towers.
35kV and above cables: For high-voltage transmission lines, bare conductors are usually used, and more porcelain bottles are used for insulation according to the voltage level. The number of porcelain bottles for lines of the same voltage level in different regions will also vary, for example:
110kV lines use 7 porcelain bottles;
220kV lines use 13 porcelain bottles;
330kV lines use 17 porcelain bottles;
500kV lines use 25 porcelain bottles.
Special high-voltage flexible cables are cables designed for specific applications and have the following advantages:
1. High voltage resistance: Suitable for power transmission at high voltage levels to ensure the safety and reliability of power transmission.
2. Excellent electrical properties: Low dielectric loss and high dielectric strength to reduce energy loss during power transmission.

4. Strong weather resistance: Can work under extreme weather conditions and has good aging resistance.
5. Chemical corrosion resistance: Suitable for environments exposed to chemicals, such as chemical plants, offshore platforms, etc.
6. Easy to install and maintain: The flexible design makes installation more flexible and convenient, and also facilitates subsequent inspection and maintenance.
Types and uses of special cables
1. Special low-noise cables: suitable for industrial, medical, defense and other fields, used for measuring small signals.
2. Special high-temperature resistant cables: suitable for aerospace, locomotives, energy, steel, non-ferrous metal smelting, oil extraction, motors and other fields, with long-term working temperatures of more than 250 degrees.
3. Special low-inductance cables: suitable for connections between various welding equipment, with good heat dissipation effect and long service life.
Special high-voltage flexible cables are customized and produced according to different special requirements, and usually need to meet the following conditions:
• Withstand voltage test: ensure the stability and safety of the cable under high-voltage environment.
• Partial discharge level: reduce the impact of partial discharge on cable performance.
• Mechanical strength: ensure the mechanical durability of the cable in complex environments.
